Abstract

The evolution of market technology (MarTech) has basically transformed customer engagement by integrating data driven strategies, artificial intelligence (AI), and hyper- personalization. This research paper examines the technological advancement in MarTech which utilises AI-driven recommendation engines, customer segmentation, optimize omnichannel experiences, enhance real-time personalization, predictive analytics, and customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Acquia and AgilOne.
